Zoo

A few weeks ago we visited the Moapa Valley Zoo, Roos n More. It was much more than I expected! I have never had a more hands on zoo experience. The majority of the animals are within reach including; monkeys, sloths, snakes, goats, camels, zebra, armadillos and quite a bit more. A number of the monkeys are not even in cages, but free to roam around being fed by guests. The zoo includes a tour where we were able to see among other things kangaroos, you can see from the pictures just how close we got. The owners are some animal enthusiasts who operate the zoo from their home, the zoo is their backyard.
